Ever wondered why some riders who train really hard, have some of the best data around and are often the strongest on the training rides, yet rarely seem to be the ones crossing the line first?

It's simple really. If the mental equilibrium of the athlete isn't perfect, the physical attributes don't get a chance to fully shine.

Athletes are not machines, they're just ordinary people like everyone else, with all the same issues and worries.

You have to learn how to be a top bike rider if you want to have a long successful racing career. It's not just about Watts and Data, it's about what you do with them and ensuring you have have fun while doing it.

We pride ourselves on the strength of our rider family. We all need that support network of helpful people around us and that's exactly what you get at Project 51. Our family is made up of the coaches, all the riders involved and ex riders who still stay involved. With all this experience, you'll never be short of advice, help & support.
